Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. if fever is there paracetamol is the first option also you can do course when you know the whole body than according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.

She has fever she can be given paracetamol drops as per her weight and age
Minimum gap between two doses is about five hours.
And it should only be given when temp is 100f or above
Keep.her hydrated
give her breast milk as and when she demands.
Give her easy to digest food only
