my 1 year old daughter ate a pancake today which I bought from ( slurrp farm). this is the first time she ate something from outside. i prepared it in little cow milk. she is formula fed baby. after eating pancake she passed stool which looks little slimy and transparent with little mucus in it .normally she doesn't pass slimy stool. she is also having cold and cough from some days. do i need to worry.
