Q.

my 1 year old baby is always tossing and turning during sleep.. especially at night..he is restless in his sleep since he started to roll over..and it is very difficult to make him sleep eventhough he is very sleepy..tried establishing a night time routine..still no help..what should I do?

A. Child is having some discomfort the child could be hungry not comfortable while sleeping maybe it’s because of clothes temperature there would be number of reason which your child is doing this try to figure out what is the issue so that you can fix the problem according to that
