Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room envirodenment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

You Do not make your child sleep during the day time and keep your child away trying to channelise the energy of your child and make your child tired so once your child gets tired all the energy is drained out it would be easier for your child to sleep early on time
