Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. yet to confirm that the problem is either allergy or infection so kindly maintain hygiene of the eyes of the child and clean with clean water and cotton cloth and meet your doctor to find the cause of redness in the eyes because it can be either due to allergy or infection
