My 1 year and 7 month old feed a lot while sleeping? What could be the reason?

Your child does not eat proper dinner and feels more hungry which is why your child keeps taking more of the feeding that is what I can think of right now because kids usually ask for more of feed when they are hungry so that is the only reason I can possibly think of
