my 1 month old baby is always grunting heavily,she is taking milk , passing motion urine normally. but always grunting

A. Sometimes it could probably be due to some kind of a discomfort that your child is having while taking the feed which is why I am going to recommend you to consult your doctor ones and make sure that feeding posture is correct so they can guide you according to that
