my 1 month baby has caugh and little sound while she takes breath but not while she's in deep sleep but she has caugh what can I do

Your child is too small I can only recommend you to consult your doctor have an assessment and give medicines as per your doctors recommendation and advice that is the best that you can do in the current scenario plus along with that if needed ask your doctor with nebulisation will be helpful
