my 1 month 20 days old baby straining and groaning and then removing crud like milk what should i do

A. No problem because spitting and vomiting is very normal during this age so nothing to be worried in this don’t worry about it just feed your child always on demand which is what is going to be helpful in controlling this issue to quite an extent
