Q.

my 1.8 year baby' s haemoglobin is 9 he fall sick every 2 or 3 months cold fever cough and his weight is 8.6kg only please tell how to increase his hb level and weight also .... can I give halim seeds to baby if ok how to give please suggest

A. Give him pomegranate and beetroot paratha....banana for weight gain....He is too small dnt hv halim seeds

A. Mami the child is quite underweight so it would be good that you discussed this issue with a nutrition expert they will be able to tell you with an entire diet plan and supplements that you can use for your child which will help in better weight gain and grow and should you be giving Haleem seeds or not that also your doctor can explain
