for iron give soaked raisin along with its water , same can be done with apricots as well, dates are a good source, green leafy vegetables, legumes such as rajma , chana, beans, organ meats such as liver , eggs etc

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy10 months agoA. hello u should be giving child iron rich food in the diet and try to give yoir child brocolli apple beetroot raisins dates spinach and other iron rich food in the diet which can improve the hb level gradually amd no worries
