yes can offer.
whenever you give any new food to the child you have to take care of two things. 
you should give in small quantity. if the child doesn't develop any digestion problem in next 24 hours to 48 hours and the child is able to digest that food then that food can be given again. 
but if the child is not able to digest or there is some problem with vomiting or loose motion or colic pain then kindly avoid that food.
we wait for 2 to 3 days to confirm whether the child is having any problem to that particular food or not

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you can give mushrooms to the baby. Start with small quantity and there is no discomfort in baby then increase gradually. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.
