Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hey mommy post partum depression is absolutely normal. take some time for yourself, walk around or outside the house. talk to a friend or spouse and figure out want will make you happy . do that and you will notice things seem better. now about baby weight don't go with the appearance check for weight of baby and know if she is doing well.

सेनिटाइजर , एंटी बैक्टेरियल पदार्थ , एंटी बायोटिक इत्यादि का उपयोग कम करे।
आर ओ पानी त्याग करे।
अपने सामाजिक संपर्क बढ़ाए , अन्यो से वार्तालाप करे।
