Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mum it can be because of constipation and that of blood spots can be because of anal fissure that may have occurred because of constipation apply mustard oil on the potty area properly and give a massage on the tummy with him water or warm while rotating and clockwise and anticlockwise keep giving water at regular intervals
