SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Give more water keep hydrated. Give them lukewarm water every morning. Include a banana everyday. These two are best constipation relievers. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
