Q.

Motion is not passing from 4 days and gas is released from Anu’s but it is smelling what is the solution for this

A. iys ok. your ba y is 1 mo th old, i fants usualky on breast milkdo not pass stool for 3 to7 days. which is okay. give your child breastilk exclusively in every 2 hourly
