Hello mom when starting with weaning foods you may initially start with liquid consistency foods, and once they accept them well you can then move to semi solid and mashed foods, so foods such as dal, rice water, fresh fruit juices, vegetable soups, steamed vegetables, fruit puree, ragi , suji porridge , home made cerelac mix, kichidi, curds, ghee etc .
start one food at a time, and alternate it with your feed.
