mMy baby is 9 months old. He is having constipation. feeling difficult to poop. Any solution for that??

Ajay VermaFather of 2 children4 weeks agoA. water intake proper rakhiye and fiber no doubt help karta hai constipation ke liye lekin water intake kam hone ki wajah se constipation aur jada hone lagta hai isliye pehle aap iska pehle water intake har meal ke 5 min ke baad water dena hai.

It is very very important that you you start giving food to the child you have to make sure to give lots and lots of fibres and fluids in the diet of your child and that is only going to be benefiting for easy digestion of the food that you are giving would be equally easier that way
