mishti ko kal se fever hai 103 temp. bt siraf liya toh kam ho jata fir se 2_3 hr baad aata hai... antigen kiya negative aai.. ab kya kre

A. You can give paracetamol to the child when the temperature is 100 or more in the armpit of the child. Paracetamol can be repeated maximum 4 times per day and also do body body sponge and give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration. Higher medicines like ibugesic for meftal p is advised by the doctor if required. Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
