Burp your baby after each feeding and try to keep him in an upright position for half an hour or so.spit up milk is common because of their undeveloped digestive system of babies.

this is common and because of reflux action
always burp after feed
don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed
maintain gap between feeds
give small feeds
