A. if loose motions persist, get a stool test to find the cause. continue probiotics like econorm or enterogermina and ors. avoid milk, sugary foodsx, processed and fried foods. eat rice, dal, khichdi, curd, fruits, and light meals. consult your doctor. recovery may take up to 15 daxys; keep taking prescribed zinc.
