No need to worry about it,common problem on my kids too according to me it is vitamin D deficiency,
sunlight is enough to treat this along with (vitamin d3 drop with your Doctor suggestion).

Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
