NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello if the bm is not sufficient then try to take lactare tablet which can be of help or you can even have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help and also you can give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug which can also be good in case the bm is not sufficient
