A. aap exercise suru kr skte hai.. some yoga or zumba or low intense cardio workout.. do under supervision.. at the beginning you can start with brisk walking.. take care of diet restrict sugar and sweet intake.. avoid oily and spicy foods.. drink plenty of water..
