A. diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child you need to start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as advised by your doctor

A. hi you can offer green leafy vegetables like spinach soup , beetroot soup , prune juice, fruit like pear, strawberry, amla, pomegranate etc. use jeggary instead of sugar while making food for your child. give citrus fruits more for good absorption of iron.
