Hello ma’am I think your child has got a stomach infection which is my vomiting and diarrhoea is together and your child doesn’t want to eat so I’m just going to advise you to consult your paediatrician ones if needed go for a proper checkup and stool test to know exactly what is the reason this and accordingly a medication can be suggested to you
