meri beti ko last 1 month 3/4 bar fever hua hai,Sardi bhi hai.aisa q ho Raha hai.ye thodi weak hai,bt 1 month me itni baar bukhar q ho Raha hai .bich me gale me infection ho gaya tha.uske liye 2 din bukhar aaya.fir avi Sardi k wajah se bukhar.kya kare hum?

give immunity booster food substance. 
Maintain proper hygine and educated your kid for hand washing.
