meri beti ko kal raat se fever hai 102 or abhi 100.4 h Maine calpol 250 dia plz suggest me better medicine for her

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. oknso Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dosce can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
