meri beti ko 4 din fever tha Dr ko dikhayi aaram tha cough aur khasi Sardi hi aaj fir fever aata hu usko dva khil rhi hu fir bhi

A. hello. kindky gi e her pcm syrup for fever . give her lots of rest, do complete the course of adviced medications, and if fever is high grade and repeated then visit yiur doctor.
