meri beti khana nh khne mngti ekdm bht jid krne se thda khati hai koi syp ya vitamin suggedt kre plss

A. Vitamins and syrups can only be suggested by your doctor after careful examination of your child. Berries, grapes and apples boost the appetite. Ginger juice with honey improves appetite. Zinc helps in building appetite. Wheat bran, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds improve the level of zinc in the body. Offer sweetened fresh lime juice as lime improves digestion and appetite. Increase playtime. Go easy on fatty and dairy products. Cinnamon, coriander, fennel, and herbs aid in building an appetite.
