start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
apply Vaseline petroleum jelly or homemade desi ghee twice or thrice a day

Hello dear parent, well this could be due to deficiency of supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but these should be given only with doctor's prescription only. Also consult with your paediatric of deficiency of supplements is not the reason. Good luck and take care
