meri beti ka hairfall boht zyada ho rha hai beti 3+ ki hai doctor ko b batya lekin doctor ne spoo shampoo diya ha lekin abi tk kuch b result nhi Mila plzz doctor suggest me mild shampoo and virgin oil

Hair fall in this disease is not good it could be due to deficiency of iron in the body so I would advise you to start with the supplement after consulting the doctor and would recommend comes to oil and shampoo I would say that you have to apply a mixture of castor oil and almond oil and milk to shampoo I suggest to use Himalaya baby shampoo
