meri beti h 2 year ki uski body pr char din se ye red mark ban rhe h ,doctor ko bhi dikhya h ,pr ye aage se aage hote ja rhe h or mit jate h ,kis problam se ho rhe h pls btaye

provide soothing baths, zantihistamines, and topical creams like calamine lotion.
apply atarax anti itch lotion to decrease itching.
if severe or persistent, consult with a pediatrician for further evaluation and potential prescription medications.

Then maybe this is some kind of an allergy that is spreading currently I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion onto the body of the child where the problem is persisting along with that also I believe you should go ahead with consulting a dermatologist for the issue that is there
