You can give paracetamol to your child or if you have any other your stomach pain medicine that is going to help otherwise right now you can give some ajwain some carrom seeds with the rock salt and that you can make a child have with warm water that will help and for pooping I would recommend you to apply some Vaseline into the anal region and put some cold water that will help
