Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. aapki baby ki umra chhe mahine se jyada hai agar baby ko jukam hai aur uske alava bukhar bhi a raha hai to aap baby ko febrex plus drops dijiye 0.6 ml 3 times a day

Hello ma’am Just continue breastfeeding your child because it is recommended for initial six months to only breastfeed the child and once your child completes the age of six months and enters the seventh month that is the only right time to introduce semisolid food to the child so as of now I think breastfeeding should do the work
