A. hi ji ha ,weight kum he uska matlab he , bachcha jo bhi kha rha he ,uska body usse thik se digest nahi kr rha. to pehli chiz , bachche ko healthy fats , whole grain food items jyda de ,jo uska weight to badhayenga hi sathe me usse energetic ,healthy bhi rkhenga bachche ko ek katori dahi subah nashte me ya fir khane k time de.
