meri beti 2 yrs ki he aur use 2 din se fever tha but abhi fever nhi he lekin kuch kuch kha nhi rhai he bht week ho gae he plz advice me k me use kha khelo

A. your child is having fever and not taking any food regarding the symptoms you should get a proper physical examination done by your doctor and then only your doctor will give proper guidance regarding the complain so consult your doctor once thanks
