meri beti 2 years ki hai usko raat se fever tha maine galti se usko expired paracetamol syrup de dia .5 ml ab mai kya karu?

A. It is unlikely that anything would happen due to the expired date. However, Calpol should be used at intervals of at least 6 hours. Too frequent dosing can result in overdose and damage to the liver.
