meri beti 2 years ki hai. use fever hai 100 se upar or poty v 4 time ho chuka hai. kal wo dhup me 2 3 hours thi... kya karu pls help me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. You can give paracetamol to the child when the temperature is 100 or more in the armpit of the child.
Paracetamol can be repeated maximum 4d times per day and also do body sponge and give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration.
Higher medicines like ibugesic for meftal p is advised by the doctor if required.
Keep the child in cool denvironment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
