Meri beti 14 month ki ho gayi hai pehle kuch thoda bohat khaleti thi par kuch mahino se kuch nahi khati bas mother milk pe depend hai CBC TEST me hemoglobin 10 point hai yani 3 point kam koi multivitamin bataye

A. Teething could be happening with your child which is why your child is having lower level of appetite and the haemoglobin levels are average they are not less usually even girls into 11 and that is considered only for them so I don’t think so this is the reason behind it
