A. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symdptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help also give steam inhdalation and hot saline gargles .

A. Sinarist af paediatric crops can be given to the child twice or thrice in a day for three days this is going to be quite helpful for You also you can go ahead with giving indirect steam to the child that is also going to help in reducing it down
