Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily.
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if thde child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor axnd give warm water to drink.
