meri baby 75 days ki hai ..aur uske urine me smell aari hai ..n her skin is very dry..is it normal Doctor?

Evion Vitamin E cream you can apply for dryness regularly on to the skin of the child but if the urine is smelling really very bad then in that case one time I would recommend you to kindly get it checked with your doctor maybe you may have to go for a urine test
