Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be due to seasonal variation . Fever along with cough and sneez can occur due to frequently changing wheather. As a home remedy ste should be started . Paracetamol drops like calpol or T 98 drop can be given for fever . Asthakind LS drop can be given for cough .
