meri baby 7 month ki h... use bhut hard motion ho the h... is wajah se wo bhut roti bhi h... aur motion hone m bhi bhut problem ho rhi h.. plss koi suggestion dijiye.. plss mam

A. at this age the child should pass stool regularly. if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation. give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child it is important to give fibre diet fromf cereals pulses vegetables and fruits avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined fofod adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.
