Animal milk abhi k leiyeah avoid kare
as age one onwards se aap de , aap abhi progress kare to semi solid and mashed foods , jaise ki aap de sakte hai kichidi, steamed vegetables, fruits , ragi, suji porridge etc , home made cerelac mix etc
