meri baby 2sal ki ho gayi he... usne 6 din se breastfeeding bilkul bandh ki he... n m happy with her weaning process... but now the problem is m feeling heavy and tight like rock on my chest... what should I do?? pls help me

You could massage your breast , and apply some warm compress , you could also massage under a warm shower , will help to ease and gradually as the demand of milk is reduced the production would stop
