Meri age 34 years hai, hume last six month se cough ban rha h.. baar baar aisa lagta h gale me aa rha h .. please doctor help

Start taking steam twice a day and also start having kadha made with raw turmeric one stick of cinnamon half teaspoon ginger powder or fresh one inch ginger piece with few pepper corns boil it fir sometime in two glasses of water and when remains half strain abd drink it warm add little piece of jaggery to it take it twice a day fir five days
