AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom U can take osteocalcium for urself. Continue to take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby. Take care Also take food rich in calcium like paneer curd cheese almonds ragi beans sweet potato etc.
