meri 23 month ki h usko hard potty Hoti he aur potty nhi hoti he jaldi vo bahut roti he me kru plz mujhe btaye.

Change all bad food habits in babies
It will help
Give ur baby plenty of oral liquids,
(Plain water, Fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits)
Give fiber rich food items in diet.
Green vegetable, beans, carrots,sweet potatos will work.
Avoid to give maida products like biscuits and mainly bakery products
Restrict milk intake to 400-500 ml per day
Do tummy massage if possible
Add some stool softner or laxatives if advised by pediatrician.
